Spider-Man 2099

In the news, Adventure Time: Distant Lands - Together Again was solid, but also possibly unnecessary, Panasonic has a new GH6 camera as well as an upgrade to the GH5, the new era of Lupin III continues with a sixth anime series for the 50th anniversary, and Funimation adds God Mazinger, Little Nemo, and Space Adventrure Cobra to their anime catalogue.

In the news, Wolfwalkers deserves the Oscar, Discotek has several important licenses including Brother Dear Brother and Sgt. Frog, legendary animator Yasuo Otsuka has passed away, The Great Pretender is definitely worth watching, The Legend of Hei is definitely worth watching, and Raya and the Last Dragon is definitely worth watching!

Upcoming Animation

Tonight on GeekNights, we consider a number of upcoming animated movies and shows we're looking forward to (and in some cases looking forward to more of).

In the news, Studio Ghibli's Earwig and the Witch came out to deeply scathing reviews despite no one talking about how low-budget of an affair it actually was, a bunch of shows are coming to Crunchyroll, Mamoru Hosoda's BELLE has a teaser trailer, and Disney is shutting down Blue Sky, killing the previously upcoming Nimona movie.
