Ghosts

Tonight on GeekNights, we consider the concept of ghosts. From haunted bunk beds to haunted paintings, Fate Magazine to ghost stories, ghosts are actually a fascinating subject. In the news, The Amazing Randi has passed away, Artzie Music was destroyed by copyright, the Twitch Copyright Strike Apocalypse has resumed with far more dire consequences than last time, and it is a terrible idea to require a license to stream playing a game.

Vampires vs. the Bronx (2020)

Tonight on GeekNights, we review Vampires vs. the Bronx (2020). It's a delightful horror comedy movie in the vein of The Lost Boys but with a real and heartfelt look at the Bronx. Definitely check it out. In the news, Rym had some plumbing problems, the NHL Draft went well for the Rangers (as expected), and the FBI foiled a coup attempt/kidnapping plot by right wing nutjob militias.

Technology Terror

Tonight on spooky GeekNights, we celebrate our inaugural month back in 2005 with a month of themed episodes! Thus, scary stories of technology (whatever that means). In the news, Scott had some apples at an apple fest, helpdesk hacking, and a geekbite of the iWatch 3.

Rym made a returning appearance on Friday Night Party Line! We'll be at PAX Unplugged, but if anime is more your thing you should definitely be at Anime NYC!

We released both our PAX West 2017 panel - The Rage of the Quitter - and our first new episode of Judge Anime By Its Cover on youtube! Notice it's two channels: Rym and Scott.
