Tickets

Tonight on GeekNights, as somewhat of a crab people episode, we present the fascinating topic of tickets (in light of PAX Prime 2012 selling out in record time). Scott GeekBites Getting Started with Dwarf Fortress (recall our interview with Tarn Adams, creator of said Drf Frtrss) and Rym GeekBites Venture Brothers. Rym made a pony video mashup with The Powerpuff Girls (but didn't make it his "Thing of the Day") and Scott has some video of his Summer Streets ride set to the best song in the world. We also, entirely driven by fancy, narrate a Youtube video about a cat).

Elevator Source

Tonight on GeekNights, we consider Elevator Source: a "thrilling co-op experience" with "realistic elevator physics" and "cunning, state of the art AI!" Rym has some thoughts on Deus X: Human Revolution after having finished his 27 hours of play, Microsoft Flight is FREE, and Direct2Drive died and took some games with it (also know as "why I only ever buy games from Steam").

7 Wonders

Tonight on GeekNights, we review 7 Wonders, a fairly solid Antoine Bauza boardgame. Also, Scott geekbites Ace of Spades, and Armenia chooses chess as a component in national education.

Subs and Dubs

Tonight on GeekNights, we consider the age old fanboy member measuring argument of "sub vs. dub." Scott GeekBites 999: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors and the New York Comic Con added a Thursday "preview night."
